Naša klinika a všetok personál sa nachádza v Užhorod mesto (Západná Ukrajina). V súčasnosti je najbezpečnejším miestom na Ukrajine západná časť Ukrajiny, najmä Užhorod, ktorý sa nachádza 1 km od hraníc EÚ a NATO. V blízkosti nášho mesta sa nevyskytol ani jeden prípad pristátia rakety či dronu.
O nás
Zdravotné stredisko „Plusmed“ je vybavené špičkovým moderným embryologickým oddelením. Vytvorili sme tie najlepšie podmienky pre prácu s biomateriálom, aby sme dosiahli náš spoločný cieľ – narodenie zdravého dieťaťa.
Pri formovaní embryologického oddelenia sme vychádzali z najmodernejšieho technického komponentu. Môžeme s istotou povedať, že laboratórium je vybavené podľa najnovšieho štandardu.
Medical Center „Plusmed“ disponuje moderným kryo-skladom, v ktorom je biomateriál skladovaný v tekutom dusíku. Kryo-skladovanie je organizované tak, aby sa minimalizovalo riziko kontaminácie medzi materiálom pacienta a aby sa zabezpečila pohodlnosť práce s materiálom a bezpečnosť. Inkubátory sú vybavené automatickým systémom regulácie teploty.
Spolu s oddelením embryológie sa tu nachádza aj andrologické laboratórium. V laboratóriu sa spolu s prípravou spermií na IVF, zmrazením a rozmrazením materiálu vykonáva množstvo analýz, ktoré sú pre prácu embryologického oddelenia mimoriadne dôležité: spermogram; test na stanovenie leukocytov v spermiách pacienta (LeucoScreen Plus); stanovenie fragmentácie DNA spermií; NAV test (test zrelosti spermií); MAR test (test na zistenie prítomnosti IgG antispermových protilátok). Výsledky týchto testov umožňujú andrológovi predpísať pacientovi najúčinnejšiu liečbu.
Vysoká kvalita a efektivita zákrokov nám umožňuje vykonávať ich nielen u našich pacientov, ale aj v spolupráci s partnerskými klinikami. Pre partnerov sme popri štandardných postupoch pripravení realizovať darcovské programy s využitím ženských aj mužských darcovských gamét, ako aj programy náhradného materstva. Spolu s tým, samozrejme, pre partnerov zabezpečíme implementáciu všetkých metód asistovanej reprodukcie na najvyššej a modernej úrovni: punkcia folikulov a aspirácia oocytov; príprava spermií; oplodnenie mužskými aj darcovskými spermiami (IVM, IVF, ICSI, pICSI, IMSI), kultivácia embrya, liahnutie a biopsia blastocystovej trofektodermy s následnou preimplantačnou genetickou diagnostikou, transfer embryí (embryo transfer), ako aj vitrifikácia oocytov alebo embryí a kryokonzerváciu spermií a ich ďalšie skladovanie.

Obstetrician-Gynecologist
Dr. Olesia Liakh specializes in pregnancy management, including post-IVF pregnancies. With a strong foundation in obstetrics and gynecology, she has extensive experience guiding women through every stage of pregnancy.
She completed her medical studies at Uzhhorod National University, followed by an internship and clinical residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Since 2019, she has been a practicing obstetrician-gynecologist and also teaches obstetrics and gynecology at the “Monada” Medical College. Certified in ultrasound diagnostics.
Dedicated to ensuring the best care for expectant mothers, Dr. Liakh is passionate about her profession, believing that every birth is a unique and precious moment.
Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Specialist in Surrogate Pregnancy Management
Dr. Mariana Spynati specializes in managing surrogate pregnancies and assisting with childbirth for surrogate mothers. She graduated from Uzhhorod State University in 1995 with a degree in Medicine and completed her internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Lviv Regional Perinatal Center.
With 26 years of experience, Dr. Spynati works at the Uzhhorod Maternity Hospital, where she handles all aspects of obstetric and gynecological care, including emergency, surgical, and conservative interventions. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and courses on obstetric emergencies.
Dr. Spynati is skilled in all modern delivery techniques, including for high-risk pregnancies, and has expertise in colposcopy and both minor and major surgical operations. Since 2020, she has been expanding her knowledge through training in hysteroscopy and plans to further specialize in ultrasound diagnostics.
Senior Nurse, Coordinator for Pregnant Women in Surrogacy Programs
Viktoriya Toklyonok is a dedicated Senior Nurse and the coordinator for pregnant women in surrogacy programs. She graduated from the Berehovo Medical College, where she gained comprehensive knowledge and skills in healthcare.
With extensive experience in managing the care of pregnant women, Viktoriya plays a crucial role in supporting surrogate mothers throughout their pregnancy journey. She coordinates all aspects of medical care, ensuring that surrogates receive personalized attention and the necessary medical support during the entire process.
Her role involves close communication with medical staff, surrogates, and intended parents to ensure that each pregnancy progresses smoothly and that all medical protocols are followed. Viktoriya is committed to providing high-quality care and fostering a supportive environment for surrogate mothers.
