Lékařské centrum „Plusmed“ je vybaveno moderním embryologickým oddělením. Vytvořili jsme ty nejlepší podmínky pro práci s biomateriálem k dosažení našeho společného cíle – narození zdravého dítěte.
Při formování embryologického oddělení jsme vycházeli z nejmodernější technické komponenty. Můžeme s jistotou říci, že laboratoř je vybavena podle nejnovějších standardů.
„Plusmed“ Medical Center má moderní kryo-sklad, ve kterém je biomateriál uložen v kapalném dusíku. Kryoúložiště je organizováno tak, aby se minimalizovala rizika kontaminace mezi materiálem pacienta a aby byla zajištěna pohodlnost práce s materiálem a bezpečnost. Inkubátory jsou vybaveny automatickým systémem regulace teploty.
Spolu s oddělením embryologie je zde i andrologická laboratoř. V laboratoři se spolu s přípravou spermatu na IVF, zmrazením a rozmražením materiálu provádí řada analýz, které jsou pro práci embryologického oddělení mimořádně důležité: spermogram; test na stanovení leukocytů ve spermatu pacienta (LeucoScreen Plus); stanovení fragmentace DNA spermií; NAV test (test zralosti spermií); MAR test (test na zjištění přítomnosti IgG protilátek proti spermiím). Výsledky těchto testů umožňují andrologovi předepsat pacientovi nejúčinnější léčbu.
Vysoká kvalita a efektivita zákroků nám umožňuje provádět je nejen u našich pacientů, ale také ve spolupráci s partnerskými klinikami. Pro partnery jsme spolu se standardními postupy připraveni realizovat dárcovské programy s využitím ženských i mužských dárcových gamet a také programy náhradního mateřství. Spolu s tím samozřejmě pro partnery zajistíme implementaci všech metod asistované reprodukce na nejvyšší a moderní úrovni: punkce folikulů a aspirace oocytů; příprava spermatu; oplodnění mužskými i dárcovskými spermiemi (IVM, IVF, ICSI, pICSI, IMSI), kultivace embrya, vylíhnutí a biopsie blastocystového trofektodermu s následnou preimplantační genetickou diagnostikou, transfer embryí (embryo transfer), ale i vitrifikace oocytů nebo embryí a kryokonzervace spermií a jejich další skladování.

Obstetrician-Gynecologist
Dr. Olesia Liakh specializes in pregnancy management, including post-IVF pregnancies. With a strong foundation in obstetrics and gynecology, she has extensive experience guiding women through every stage of pregnancy.
She completed her medical studies at Uzhhorod National University, followed by an internship and clinical residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Since 2019, she has been a practicing obstetrician-gynecologist and also teaches obstetrics and gynecology at the “Monada” Medical College. Certified in ultrasound diagnostics.
Dedicated to ensuring the best care for expectant mothers, Dr. Liakh is passionate about her profession, believing that every birth is a unique and precious moment.
Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Specialist in Surrogate Pregnancy Management
Dr. Mariana Spynati specializes in managing surrogate pregnancies and assisting with childbirth for surrogate mothers. She graduated from Uzhhorod State University in 1995 with a degree in Medicine and completed her internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Lviv Regional Perinatal Center.
With 26 years of experience, Dr. Spynati works at the Uzhhorod Maternity Hospital, where she handles all aspects of obstetric and gynecological care, including emergency, surgical, and conservative interventions. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and courses on obstetric emergencies.
Dr. Spynati is skilled in all modern delivery techniques, including for high-risk pregnancies, and has expertise in colposcopy and both minor and major surgical operations. Since 2020, she has been expanding her knowledge through training in hysteroscopy and plans to further specialize in ultrasound diagnostics.
Senior Nurse, Coordinator for Pregnant Women in Surrogacy Programs
Viktoriya Toklyonok is a dedicated Senior Nurse and the coordinator for pregnant women in surrogacy programs. She graduated from the Berehovo Medical College, where she gained comprehensive knowledge and skills in healthcare.
With extensive experience in managing the care of pregnant women, Viktoriya plays a crucial role in supporting surrogate mothers throughout their pregnancy journey. She coordinates all aspects of medical care, ensuring that surrogates receive personalized attention and the necessary medical support during the entire process.
Her role involves close communication with medical staff, surrogates, and intended parents to ensure that each pregnancy progresses smoothly and that all medical protocols are followed. Viktoriya is committed to providing high-quality care and fostering a supportive environment for surrogate mothers.
