Our clinic and all staff are located in Uzhorod city (Western Ukraine). At the moment, the Western part of Ukraine is the safest place in Ukraine, especially the Uzhhorod as it is located 1 km from the EU and NATO border. There was not a single case of a missile or drone landing near our city.

The “Plusmed” medical center is equipped with a high-tech modern embryology department. We have created the best conditions for working with biomaterial to achieve our common goal – the birth of a healthy child.
When forming the embryological department, we took as a basis the most modern technical component. We can confidently say that the laboratory is equipped according to the latest standard.
“Plusmed” Medical Center has a modern cryo-storage in which biomaterial is stored in liquid nitrogen. Cryo-storage is organized in such a way as to minimize the risks of contamination between patient material and to ensure the convenience of working with the material and safety. Incubators are equipped with an automated temperature control system.
Along with the department of embryology, there is also a laboratory of andrology. In the laboratory, along with the preparation of sperm for IVF, freezing and thawing of the material, a number of analyzes that are extremely important for the work of the embryology department are performed: spermogram; a test for the determination of leukocytes in the patient’s sperm (LeucoScreen Plus); determination of DNA fragmentation of spermatozoa; NAV test (sperm maturity test); MAR test (a test to determine the presence of IgG antisperm antibodies). The results of these tests allow the andrologist to prescribe the most effective treatment for the patient.
The high quality and efficiency of procedures allows us to perform them not only for our patients, but also in cooperation with partner clinics. For partners, along with standard procedures, we are ready to implement donation programs using both female and male donor gametes, as well as surrogacy programs. Along with this, of course, for partners, we will ensure the implementation of all methods of assisted reproductive technologies at the highest and modern levels: follicle puncture and oocyte aspiration; sperm preparation; fertilization with both male and donor sperm (IVM, IVF, ICSI, pICSI, IMSI), embryo cultivation, hatching and biopsy of blastocyst trophectoderm followed by pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, transfer of embryos (embryo transfer), as well as vitrification of oocytes or embryos and cryopreservation of sperm and their further storage.

Obstetrician-Gynecologist
Dr. Olesia Liakh specializes in pregnancy management, including post-IVF pregnancies. With a strong foundation in obstetrics and gynecology, she has extensive experience guiding women through every stage of pregnancy.
She completed her medical studies at Uzhhorod National University, followed by an internship and clinical residency in obstetrics and gynecology. Since 2019, she has been a practicing obstetrician-gynecologist and also teaches obstetrics and gynecology at the “Monada” Medical College. Certified in ultrasound diagnostics.
Dedicated to ensuring the best care for expectant mothers, Dr. Liakh is passionate about her profession, believing that every birth is a unique and precious moment.
Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Specialist in Surrogate Pregnancy Management
Dr. Mariana Spynati specializes in managing surrogate pregnancies and assisting with childbirth for surrogate mothers. She graduated from Uzhhorod State University in 1995 with a degree in Medicine and completed her internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Lviv Regional Perinatal Center.
With 26 years of experience, Dr. Spynati works at the Uzhhorod Maternity Hospital, where she handles all aspects of obstetric and gynecological care, including emergency, surgical, and conservative interventions. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and courses on obstetric emergencies.
Dr. Spynati is skilled in all modern delivery techniques, including for high-risk pregnancies, and has expertise in colposcopy and both minor and major surgical operations. Since 2020, she has been expanding her knowledge through training in hysteroscopy and plans to further specialize in ultrasound diagnostics.
Senior Nurse, Coordinator for Pregnant Women in Surrogacy Programs
Viktoriya Toklyonok is a dedicated Senior Nurse and the coordinator for pregnant women in surrogacy programs. She graduated from the Berehovo Medical College, where she gained comprehensive knowledge and skills in healthcare.
With extensive experience in managing the care of pregnant women, Viktoriya plays a crucial role in supporting surrogate mothers throughout their pregnancy journey. She coordinates all aspects of medical care, ensuring that surrogates receive personalized attention and the necessary medical support during the entire process.
Her role involves close communication with medical staff, surrogates, and intended parents to ensure that each pregnancy progresses smoothly and that all medical protocols are followed. Viktoriya is committed to providing high-quality care and fostering a supportive environment for surrogate mothers.
